Week 1: The Beginning (11/2/18)

Welcome to the FURever Home website and my blog. I’m Hannah I'm a Freshman attending Civic Memorial High School and, this is our project. Our overall team goal is to accommodate pets and their owners. We will offer dog walking services, healthy treats, tips to keep your pet healthy and advertise for pet adoptions so they can find their own FURever home. My job is finding and baking healthy treats that will also be pleasing for every pet. I find vegan treats, vegetarian treats, frozen treats, and the usual treats just in case if the owner wants to have healthier options for pet treats. Our team is doing this because we desire for all pets to find their FURever home and live long and healthy lives. We hope to have more social media such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to promote the pets and to tell about what events we may have. We hope to be able to go to shelters and help out with many other things, such as fundraising and promotions of the pets in the shelters to get adopted using our blogs, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. We have set up this website to keep track of our progress and to get information about us out there and obviously to get pets adopted. We had a few complications but overall everything that we have as of now is set up fine. We plan on contacting shelters and beginning a big part of this project. Tentatively we hope to hold an adoption fair having entertainment, vendors, and pet to adopt.
