Week 6: Slowly moving (2/8/19)

Hello! This week has been a little slow. One member of our group was ill this week and we couldn’t do much without her. Although, I am continuing to create Instagram posts to help certain animals get adopted. On our Instagram there are 4 dogs and 2 cats advertised. We are having trouble meeting our goal for this part of our project. We wanted to post an Instagram post about every other day, but we have not been doing that. All of the animals we advertise come from the shelter Partners for Pets. We advertise less fortunate pets. This includes older pets, disabled pets, and any pets who have trouble getting adopted into a good home. We need to work on posting more because we want to help as many pets as we can. Another thing we are trying to do is gain more followers so the pets will have a better chance of being seen. We currently have 34 followers on our Instagram. This isn’t much, but it’s a good start. Please follow our Instagram at projectfureverhome. We are going to continue making treats. Right now we have all of the recipes we want to make and we need to make them and pick the best. One of the main things we have been working on is our elevator pitch. An elevator pitch is a way to tell other people about our project in 30 seconds. We have finished the actual pitch and now we just need to memorize it and spread the word. Have a great day!
